Brethren we tend to allow life to bring us down surrounding ourselves with negative energy. We hold on to the past and wait for the future, yet the past is gone and the future has not yet come. We only live and have the moment right here, right now. Even as I write this message I'm in the moment yet once you read it this will have been in the past and the future of you reading it hasn't happened yet as I write this.
